Inspiring trainer

Our courses are presented by Training Director Tony Spencer-Smith. He has trained hundreds of people at blue chip corporations, government agencies and not-for-profit organisations and is known for his lively style. 

Previously an editor-in-chief of Reader's Digest Australia and New Zealand, he is also an award-winning author. His new book The Essentials of Great Writing (Editor Group) was published in 2009.
